What is CIRCULAR FASHION?
Circular fashion is a sustainable approach to fashion that seeks to minimize waste and maximize the durability of clothing, while promoting the reuse, recycling and renewal of textile products. It is based on the principles of the circular economy and is opposed to the “use and throw away” model associated with the term Fast Fashion and disposable.
Circular fashion seeks to address the environmental and social challenges associated with the fashion industry, such as resource depletion, pollution and unfair working conditions. As awareness of sustainability grows, circular fashion has become an important trend in the fashion industry and is being adopted by brands and designers around the world.
In NICOLE through our sustainable products we support mexican artisans while we take care of our planet. We dedicate our time and passion in each piece.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Welcome!
I’m Nicole Aguirre, a Mexican entrepreneur, international model, and advocate for circular fashion and women’s empowerment. My passion has always been to create businesses that combine timeless design with positive impact.
I hold two Bachelor’s degrees with honors: one in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anáhuac México and another in International Strategic Management from Coventry University in the United Kingdom. I was also awarded the CENEVAL Academic Excellence Award, recognizing one of the highest national scores on Mexico’s professional degree examination.
Driven by my commitment to responsible fashion, I earned a certification in Circular Fashion from Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands. This inspired me to found NICOLE, a circular luxury brand creating handbags handcrafted in Mexico using premium Italian leather. By giving new life to exceptional surplus materials, we celebrate craftsmanship while embracing a more sustainable future. Our debut collection was proudly launched during New York Fashion Week.
Beyond fashion, I founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children in vulnerable communities through nutrition, education, and community initiatives. I am also the author of Mexico and the Challenge of Being a Woman, reflecting my commitment to empowering women and encouraging young people to pursue their dreams with confidence and purpose.
Alongside my entrepreneurial journey, I have worked internationally as a published fashion model, collaborating with designers and luxury brands while serving as a host for fashion and cultural events.
